1 M$=M$+"the poke you are given will be correct, but it is a step in the right direction. For those who are technically minded and know a bit of machine language, most POKEs are written using the same sort of code. This either changes the address by loading the number to poke with into the A register and then using the command ld(NN),a to change the address."
1 M$=M$+"These pokes can then be used by Multiface owners by pressing the red button when the game is loaded, and typing in the poke in Toolkit mode. When many pokes are printed up on the same screen,it will either mean that the game needs several pokes to get the desired effect,or some of the pokes will be useless, used by the old routine to change the program's loader"

1 M$=M$+" and allow the pokes in. These two types cannot be told apart and it is only trial and error that will tell whether the pokes work or not. A good rule, however,is that the pokes to change the loader are usually all around the same area in memory, while the poke for the game will often be somewhere completely different."
1 M$=M$+" The other method, which pokes two addresses at once,is to load HL with a number and then to use ld(NN),hl to poke the game. This routine searches for both of these instructions in the POKE code and prints up what it finds in the usual, easy to read form of the format POKE XXXXX,N. "
1 M$=M$+" Enough of this scrolly message for now though,it's time to get on with the program. I must stress that the instructions are VITAL and MUST be read before starting. Hope you enjoy using the utility, and write in with any adjustments or bugs that you find."
